Replacing auto-created thumbnails

    Hello,

    I’m using SHortpixel to optimize all my imaged and thumbnails.

    I wanted to ask what happens to the auto-created thumbnails when I replace an image? Are they also being updated?

    If yes, what happens if I replace with a much smaller image and some larger auto-created thumbnail sizes wouldn’t be created with the new image? Are those leftover thumbnails deleted automatically or do they just remain in the uploads folder?

    Hi, Stan,

    Yes, when you replace an image, the thumbnails are also being updated, and even if you upload a much smaller image, the leftover thumbnails will also be deleted ??
