Replaces the word in the title but post gets a 404

Hi there,
I have imported around 300 posts through an XML.
I successfully used Better Search Replace to Replace a word in every title.
However now that I click on the post, I get a 404 when it tries to load the post page.
Anyone know whatsup?Thanks!
