    Hi a recent update seems to have broken my site because replaced SVGS do not have the ID attribute of the element they are replacing. I think this changed in a recent update.

    I’m sorry to hear!

    I’ll have a look and see what’s going on there. The JS for doing the switch was changed to vanilla JS instead of jQuery. It’s possible that something was missed in regards to preserving original element IDs.

    You can install 2.3.21 (the version directly prior to the update that introduced this new JS) until I’ve updated the plugin again to make it work in the meantime for your site.

    I have just released 2.4.2 which addresses this.

    Thanks for pointing this out, I think I overlooked in testing because I only had classes and no IDs on any of my images for replacement.

    Hello, I return to the subject of the missing id in the svg replace, I have the same problem on version 2.4.2
