Replaced site from backup to new domain, now small bugs

I have moved my site to a new domain using a backup file. I was missing my wp-content folder, I got that uploaded. Now after I try to activate certain (re-installed) plugins my site goes blank and the plugin doesn’t activate. What files am I missing, Thanks!
