Replace with ultimate coming soon?

Excuse me if this has already been discussed, but I looked through everything that I could find, and I am sure that I probably over looked this…but
Am I suppose to make my site public before the UCS page will display? I am currently only seeing the coming soon provided by WordPress. I’ve logged out, cleared my browser cache, etc. and I can only see it in preview mode. This may be obvious to others, but I am still in the construction phase and do not want to click that “launch” link unless I am sure that my site will still be hidden with the UCS page.
