Replace stock quantity text value with number

You can use a PHP function ( https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/developers/execute-php/ ) to do this. Example:

[str_replace( "OK", "50", {item_qty[1]} )]

Yes, it will only replace the text “OK”, everything else will be left alone.
