Thanks for sharing the screenshots.

I understand that you are seeing two versions of the cart icon.

It is very likely that additional one is coming from one of the plugins.

The best way to determine which plugin is it coming from is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

If you don’t want to run the test on your live production site, you can create a duplicate/staging site. Many hosting providers offer site staging facilities, but if you don’t have such a feature, you can create one with the WP Staging plugin.

If nothing comes out of the conflict test, please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Thanks for sharing the System Status Report.

It shows that a good number of plugins active on the site, and that the theme Hestia is in use. The thing is – any of these tools could be in a conflict with WooCommerce. Therefore, we reiterate our recommendation to run a conflict test in order to catch the culprit, as suggested above already.

Before that you may want to do the following to see if that helps:

1. Update Hestia theme to its latest version. Here’s its changelog: https://github.com/Codeinwp/hestia/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md

2. WP Memory Limit of 40 MB is extremely low and is far below our server requirements. We recommend a minimum of 256MB.

Therefore, I would recommend requesting your host to increase this limit for you to meet the minimum requirement. Alternatively, if you’re comfortable doing it on your own, here’s a guide you can follow: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/.
