Replace separator between hours (en-dash instead hyphen)

    Hello,

    is there any way to replace the separator between the hours?
    I want to replace the space+hypen+space with just one en-dash.
    For example:
    8:00 ‐ 12:30 Uhr
    becomes
    8:00–12:30 Uhr

    Could you help me, please?
