• Hi there,

I’m trying to replace the reCaptcha v3 site key and secret key in the integration page of the plugin but I’m getting the following error message when I click the remove keys button.

The link you followed has expired.

    Please try again.

Does anyone have a clue on how to solve this or has the same problem?

I’m using Contact Form 7 version 7.5.1.1 and WordPress 5.0.2

  • Do you have the WordPress Notification Bar plugin installed? I opened a support thread with them regarding the exact same issue who said:

Thank you! I’ll take a look and will get a fix out ??

Hi @howdy_mcgee thanks for your input but I don’t have this plugin.
I’ll have a look if there is any conflict here.

Edit: No, there isn’t a plugin conflict but I’m getting a 403 on the post which is weird.

    Cheers

Here’s what I did to narrow down the issue.

    1) Take note of your API keys.

    2) Install the WordPress Health Check plugin. This will allow you to safely disable plugins without effecting non-logged in users. It won’t retain your API keys unfortunately though.

    3) Following the plugins instructions, start troubleshooting. This will disable any active plugins and you can enable them one by one setting and resetting keys until you find the culprit.

It’s tedious if you have many active plugins but it’s the 2nd least destructive method of narrowing down the issue that I can think of. The first being taking the whole site to local.

Thanks, I’ll bring it locally to test and also try this plugin.

Thank you @howdy_mcgee – that was the exact issue for me and I have posted a follow up on your WordPress Notification Bar plugin support thread ??
