replace personal information fields with payment method

Hey Guys,
I trying to change my forms fields on the donation form, I’m using Legacy form from the template form section. I cannot find out how to change the sequence of the fields.
Example. I want to be payment method on the bottom and the personal information section coming before the payment method. In easy words, I want to replace their places each other, so the personal information section comes up and the payment method selection in the end.I didn’t find out any option there. Is that possible ?

By default, the personal information section comes before the payment method section but if you want to move things around you can try this snippet:
