Replace old YT Player

  • Is there a way to replace old YT embed without editing all pages/posts manually?
    As far as I know there is a Greasemonkey Script that replaces them via JS, so is there a way to realise this for a site too?

    (a solution that works via php in the functions.php would be nicer)
