Replace flag icon in GTranslate

    Just trying gTranslate plugin on my Local site. I can select a Canadian flag as an alternative for “english”, but not for “french”. I don’t want to use the Quebec flag for french; Canada is officially bilingual so I would prefer the same flag with the language next to it.

    Is there a way to use the Canadian flag for both “english” and “french” perhaps using CSS?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately we do not have such option which can be easily configured from the interface.

    However if you know some basic coding you can check the javascript files responsible for language selector generation and change the flag.
