Replace files automatically?

    Hi,

    i have hundreds of pdfs on my website and some of them needs to get replaced by a new version of the pdf. Is there a way, that the pdf gets replaced automatically as soon as it have the same name?

    For example I have a pdf called “example” and I want to add a new pdf called “example” too. Is it possible, that example 1 gets updated by example 2 just through adding it to the WordPress media library?

    Hi, @trixox,

    Unfortunately that’s not possible because it means we would have to modify WordPress’ native behavior. That would trigger many issues with WordPress itself and other plugins and themes. ??
