Replace file and dimensions doesn't entirely work

  • Hello there,
    perhaps it’s me that I misunderstood the plugin functionality, but if I do replace an image with the second option, I was expecting the plugin to scan through all pages & posts and replace all the images hard coded reference in order to match the width and height dimensions changed to the new image information.

    As a matter of fact I can get just the name changed and nothing else. Am I missing something?
