Replace both http and https url

    Hi,

    We have a site which had the blog url as an https URL. However previously we had used it without a secure url, so many of our old posts point to just http. Because this is not the blog url as coming from wordpress, cdn enabler does not replace these urls wih the CDN url.

    However, I have modified the plugin so that this can be done. I have added it as an option in the settings, and tried to follow the syntax style that you use in the plugin as much as possible. I would be grateful if you could review the files and update the version in the WordPress plugin SVN. You can download the files here:
