Replace “Archives” on WP template page

If you’re trying to override the title of your Archive, that comes from your theme. You can’t use magic tags to replace that name. Yes, you would need to use WP PHP Theme Templates or a filter.

Okay. How do I do that?
I’ve created the WP Template files, so I’m good to go there.
Here’s the line of code in my archives-media-artist.php file. How do I get it to display the current vloggers info?
