Replace All not working correctly

Hi,
First of all thanks for this plugin, since there is no other better option for free now. I have been having troubles with the option replace all. The plugin detects all the phrases but when i press replace all sometimes it replace all correctly and other times it only replace a few of them. I see other topics with the same issue and any answer or how to fix it. The plugin is really useful with the replace all function and can save a lot of time instead of doing manually. The bar appears but it just replace a few of them. And then when i try again with replace all it replace 0 with the same phrase.
I even try with a new wordpress with one plugin and I have better results with the replace all, but still there were a few that were not replace as they should be. So the issue could not be for any plugin, because the wordpress I tried it was only import export lite and the plugins that are for default. I would love to see a solution because the replace all for me it is the main function of the plugin.
