Replace all custom URLs for images in post.

I have many posts with about 20 images in them and all images link out to a larger version of each image. I’m looking for a quick way to bulk replace all links out to the larger version of the images to another custom URL. How can that be done without having to edit each image manually and change custom URL?

I’m afraid that isn’t possible since the height for many images is different but the width is the same.
At the moment I need to edit each post select an image click “update” and then it changes the code to the correct image (size). The image choice “large” is already selected.
