Replace affiliate ID with a new one

Where can I replace text/numbers in all my existing prettylinks at the same time ?
I got 1.500 Prettylinks on my site, so I dont wish to edit every single link.Example:
https://www.site.com/shop.php?affiliateid=4444444&bannerid=5555I wish to replace “4444444” with “777777”.
