Repetitive records

  • Hi, I’m having trouble with the records in the database …
    When completing the form, 1 email with the data is sent correctly but when reviewing the records it appears several times inserted

    I use
    – Contact form 7
    – Contact Form 7 Conditional Fields
    – Contact Form CFDB7
    – Drag and Drop Multiple File Upload – Contact Form 7
    – WP Mail SMTP

    Do you want disable multiple submissions?
    Install “cfdb7 unique plugin”.

    Hi, I do not understand.
    It is a single form.
    When I complete it, I only received 1 mail from my email, but it was registered several times in the database.
    That’s my problem.

    It’s like it goes into a loop and generates records but the form was only filled once

    Please deactivate each plugin and check it.

    I think the smtp (plugin) generates a loop but I still can’t identify why …
