Repeating event at different times?

    Hi,
    We have just started playing around with Modern Events and have a question about repeating events.

    For example: We have a 3 hour event that we want to run multiple times on different dates and at different times – let’s say on January 31 from 1pm to 4pm, on February 1, from 10am to 1pm and again the same day from 4pm to 7pm.

    Do I need to create three different events for that? Or is there a more flexible way to define repeating events?

    I am aware of the repeating events, but I did not see a way to schedule the same event at different times or multiple times a day.

    Thanks for choosing MEC,

    Because you have a 3 time for the event, Yes!
    you should create 3 events.

    Or do something else:
    Create one day a new event without setup a time

    Now set a custom day repeat this event (January 31-February 1- ….)

    Now set an “Hourly Schedule”

    Hi and thanks for your reply.
    Tried bot approaches, both don’t really work out:

    Creating copies of events with a different date/time may work with only a few events. Our events would be quite frequent so we’d have many copies of these events and any time we want to change anything (wording, …) we’d have to do that in many places.

    The “Hourly Schedule” does not show in the calendar, only in the event, it seems.

    The best option would be to make the event repeatable with custom days – but that does not allow to specify the time. Is there anything on the roadmap that would allow for custom days with an additional start / end time – and would that then show in the calendar?
