    Hi!

I have a form with a couple of repeatable fields and when I export the form submissions the resulting CSV file is a mess.
The repeatable fields are being printed in the following column, instead in the one that correspond to their field (like they’re listed in the submissions table in the backoffice), so the columns titles and the fields below don’t match.

If the repeatable fields are listed at the end, the CSV would be ok, because there are no more columns right, but that won’t be a solution for me because these fields need to be placed in a specific part of the form, which is not at the end of it.

Could anyone help me solve this issue?

    Thanks in advance, regards!

    Hi there,

Could you please ensure you’re using Ninja Forms v3.8.13 (the latest version)? If so, and you’re still having the issue, please enable the Legacy Submissions option from the Settings page, reload the page, and then access the Submissions page. After that, try exporting the submissions again and let me know if that works.

If it’s still having the issue, please reach out to our Customer Success team for further assistance. They can delve deeper into the problem and help ensure that you can download your form submissions smoothly.

    Regards
    Faisal

Hi! Thank you for your response. I’ve tested your solution but it’s not working: the generated CSV has the columns set right, but the repeater fields are lost; it only shows the first value of a repeater field.

I will reach the Ninja Forms Customer Service.

    Regards!
