Recently I am being prompted to “start SEO data optimization” very frequently, I would say every 3-7 days. It’s really aggravating to have these notifications popping up constantly. I don’t know what the trigger is for the notification to pop up, but I would like to be able to disable it because obviously it’s bugged. Any suggestions?

    Hello @tnhsaesop

I understand being re-prompted to perform the SEO data optimization analysis can be annoying. This could happen if some data is not stored correctly; it could be that previously optimized data is invalid or incomplete.?In the past, we’ve seen the problem when a media item is added to a draft, but the draft is discarded before the save draft process completes. The uploaded media item remains connected to an invalid ID, as the draft was never saved. When Yoast SEO processes your site’s content, WordPress provides an invalid ID, which repeatedly causes the optimization to process the same ID.

You can troubleshoot this better by running the analysis while monitoring the process in the browser console for any errors. You may notice that the optimization fails after processing a specific media item.

If this is what happens in your case, a bug report has been filed and is under review by our product team.
