• From WordPress 3.5.2 (when I first installed the plugin) to 3.6, I always get warnings and timeouts, and then the job finally completes. I ignorantly didn’t verify my backups, and when I eventually did, they didn’t seem to be properly encoded, so I couldn’t recover them. Looking at the support forum, the plugin creators seem to utterly ignore us free users. I mistakenly thought that a freemium solution would be superior, but not in this case. I’ve dumped this plugin and I’ve switched to Online Backup for WordPress, another free solution, which works perfectly for me.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, I eventually switched to another plugin. I do appreciate, though, the time you have spent to provide this free plugin.
