Repeated Template gets overwritten with empty content

Hi! I love the plugin and have found it very flexible and easy to use outside of one problem:

I’m using the basic version so have only the single default repeater template. Approximately every few weeks, the code I’ve pasted in my repeater template area gets completely erased and is left empty. The leaves the page in which I’ve used the shortcode with no posts being shown. I have to re-paste the code block into the empty repeater template area and all is well until it happens again. Read/Write access is enabled.

I assume this may be happening sporadically when the WordPress core is auto-updated but I don’t know for sure. It’s just that’s the only update I don’t handle manually. Any idea why this is happening and how I can fix it?
