• I really don’t understand why my listing page will appear repeated cars item even though there is only item in my ending control dashboard.

    For example, I see there are 11 items in my listing page. However I can see more than 11 items in my listing page when I test it on browser.

    I have de-activated the plugin yesterday because I spent a lot time to find the reason and failed so many times. I got an idea then, for example, if I re-active the plugin and refresh it, maybe it will work normally. However it still let me down…

    And there is another thing makes me sad, that is, I clicked the Pop-up window reminding me to use the specific theme. I composed two good page for “Toyota Corolla” and “Toyota Rav4” items. When I tried the theme, some details are lost. And I was so sad then. I have already changed back to my own theme even though the effors I had made to the two pages becomes almost zero.

    The reason why I would try the demanded theme is that I thought the repeated errors will be fixed if I do that. However I was wrong.

    I searched for many plugins related to vehicles, and I think this one is good compared to others. I decided to use it after reading the published guide document carefully. I wish for a good solution and recommend it to our friends sincerely!

    I encountered the same issue with items repeating. It appears to be a plugin fault, likely in a file named featured-items-listing.php or result.php (or something similar). In this file, the featured items are being repeated twice, resulting in duplicated items being shown.

    You have featured listings on your site. The Inventory page displays featured listings at the top of the list by default and after, all listings display in their default orders. This is how the inventory page behaviors when you have featured listings in your site, this is one of the default options of inventory-related sites, to display the featured listing first and list the listing in the default order as well

    If you do not like it, you can set 0 in the Motors > Search results page > General settings, by settings 0 for grid and list, featured items won’t be displayed

    Can you provide the site link? You can provide direct link to the site’s inventory page where duplications come. Moreover, please kindly make sure that you are checking by deleting your site cache if you have caching tools on the site

    I just purge my SG cach, however, the two pages do not change anything, for you still can see two “RAV4“ and Corolla items.

    I tested this case in my testing environment and couldn’t reproduce the same issue as you provided. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Motors plugin and make sure that you removed your server cachings as well

    Dear, Here’s the screenshots I just made. This is the search results I can see. Now that you have already tested in your specific environment, can you provide the screenshots you have seen ? I just updated the plugin and uninstall the SG cach tool.

    @xiaoyu999 We are working on it now, our QA informed this restriction as well and confirmed this as an issue. It reported to our dev team already. We will update the plugin with the required fix in the coming updates of the plugin
