Repeated Images don’t load

    Hello,

    I purchased this plugin for my client and am having an issue with the way it’s displaying.

    I created a caption hover effect shortcode and then used the carousel add on for those images. I only have 5 images in my carousel and after that, it sometimes (when I am logged in) loops or repeats the first 3 images after the 5th one.

    For some reason, when I am no longer logged in, the images don’t load and leave just the blue background. You’ll see 3 blank ones after “Night Garden.” The hover information appears but not the image. Sometimes it looks normal if I re-upload the image but the minute I log out it disappears again. Would you be able to help, please?

    I check your websites and it’s too slow to load images. kindly add medium size image.

    As you mention looping issue ita automatic selected with a slick carousel. You can use Owl Carousel also where you can control this looping issue.

    Hello,

    I’m a bit confused, on initial load the first three appear quickly, then after the last image, the first 2 should loop right? If it’s the same image why would it not load a second time? Also one of my images is 513 x 848 which is already pretty small, does it need to be smaller than that?

    Also, there is no issue with the looping, I would like to keep the looping but once it loops the loop of the first 2 images just don’t load.

    Also it only works when I am logged in sometimes, where it loops the first 2 images properly, but if I am not logged in the looped images don’t load.

    I need help with this issue as soon as possible, please.

    We also came across another issue. When we re-order the images in the carousel it doesn’t order it properly in the order we set.

    @ashleysanti I am sorry for the late reply. In preview mode, there have some js issues while I suggest checking after reloading the page while you using carousel or much complex issues.

    In the next version, I will add iframe into preview mode to avoid this issue. I check your site a couple of times while there has some caching issue. I suggest you clear your website cache. “Different viewing” means data have some caching issue.

    This issue is still persisting. I reloaded the page a bunch of times and deleted all cache and even deactivated my caching plugin but it still doesn’t loop (as in load the images again) properly, nor order it in the way I set it to be ordered.

    I believe the issue is the “Lazyload” class on the slider images. When I remove it using google inspect it appears. Is there any way to turn off lazy load?

    I noticed this issue was marked as resolved but this issue was NOT resolved at all. I need more help please. @biplob018

    Update: I was able to get the loading working by modifying the lazyload class css.

    However the order of the images still aren’t how I set it. I will create a different support ticket. thank you.
