    Thanks for reporting this to us.

    Since your file number is quite large, please, make the Request Frequency 10 seconds. This can be done via the plugin settings. https://prnt.sc/v9bngo

    Also, please, increase the PHP execution time since 30 wouldn’t be enough.

    Then perform another backup and in case it fails, sent the backup log again.

    Hello, I was testing and I think it may be the php runtime, as you have told me. I had that problem with the backup of my previous hosting service, I recently did a hosting migration and today I was able to test it. I’ll wait to see if this is solved and we keep in touch. Thank you so much!
