Repeatable Group Title

Is it possible to set the repeatable group field to use one of the contained fields as the title when the page is refreshed?

‘group_title’ => __( ‘Entry {#}’, ‘cmb2’ )

For example, if I had a repeatable group titled “cats” that had fields for “cat breed” and “cat size”… is there some way to have the group_title in wordpress admin show the “cat breed”, rather than “Entry 1” or “Cat 1”?
