Repeat / use a Group-name > 1x

Is it possible to use a Group name multiple times in the same form?
I believe the current answer is no, but can it be enabled?

I have a scenario where if condition A is met, it will trigger B, C, D to appear (at different locations of the form and/or email). If the use of the same Group-name to hold B, C, D is allowed (instead of having 3 group names with similar conditional-rule), it will simplify my form’s conditional-rule.
