repeat the installation

    Yesterday I installed WordPress in /wordpress, but I wanted change folder and delete all from /wordpress and copy files from HD to /blog.
    Now I can’t log in on my login page (ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output)
    can I repeat the installation . ? What to do now?
