Repeat prayers not allowed

Since the plug-in logs IP addresses of people praying over the requests (and filters out repeat IP’s) those of us who would like to offer a prayer on another day for the same request are blocked.

How can this IP blocking be changed to allow repeat prayers from same IP’s ?
