Repeat first post – single post

Hi there.

I bought single post add-on. But on the post A, first loaded post is again A. Why? How can I edit shortcode to load another post?

Now I have:

echo do_shortcode(‘[ajax_load_more single_post=”true” single_post_id=”‘. get_the_ID() .'” single_post_target=”#post-wrapper” post_type=”post” offset=”4″ pause_override=”true”]’);
