    Hi there,

I’ve installed your plugin to help me clean up some 1400 pages but when I select Reorder under pages and shuffle a few pages around then select update and refresh the page, the pages are back where they originally were.

Is there something I’m going wrong? Or is this a compatibility/plugin issue?

    Thanks.

    Hi,
Can you check your browser console for a JavaScript error produced by another plugin? This prevent the AJAX call when sort save from being recorded within the database.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

I’m not receiving any JS issues in the console. Could it be something else?

Could the issue be with the number of posts, because there are currently 1400 in the ‘reorder’ list.

    Hi,
It’s possible to be caused by the number of objects which need to be processed.
Do you see any error message within the AJAX call after click sort save? Or maybe something within your server logs?

As alternative you may want to update to Advanced Post Types Order plugin which include a different code and can handle lot’s of more items / objects with the same server resources.

    Thanks

There are no errors at all the appear. I’ll take a look at the APTO plugin and get back to you if it resolves the issue.

    Cheers.
