Reordering FAQs

Hi, I’m looking for a way to reorder the FAQs quickly. I see there are options available such as asc, desc, date etc. however I want to reorder based on logical flow. For example, if I start off with the following 3 FAQs:
– Define the service
– Who can use it?
– How it can be used?

I might create content in no particular order. However, I want to arrange them as 1,2,3. Tomorrow if I add another FAQ like
– How much does it cost?
Then I should be able to make that #2 and reorder the others. I’m looking to avoid the ‘Order’ option in the attributes as it’s hard coding and will be difficult to maintain if I want to reorder or add new FAQs.
