Reordering books

Also having alignment issues with one book entry (last book on the page, all others are ok).
The content is appearing below the thumbnail, rather than to the right of it.

Absolutely, the plugin supports the Simple Custom Post Order plugin.

Just install the plugin and you should be able to drag and drop the books into order in the book list page in wp-admin.
