    Hi there,

We have been using this plugin for our client for a while now but recently they have tried adding a new post. The post has 3 set categories but when you go to the reorder tab, you can only see it in one of those categories. This means we can’t change the position of the post in the other two categories. However, we can see the post on the frontend but at the end of the list because we can’t move it. (link provided – Cowbeech. 69 acre (27.92 Ha)). Could this be a problem with the plugin?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I had a quick check on my server and initially I found the same issue you’re facing. In the reorder admin term page where the post is missing, I reset the manual order (this fetches all the posts under that term, and resets the manual order). The missing post now showed up. Subsequently, I created additional posts in both terms and they showed up in the reorder lists of both terms.

On older versions of the plugin, the handling of manually ranked posts lists was not handled properly and posts would not be correctly added to the ranked lists when their terms changed or new posts were created. This now fixed, and I assume that your client’s manually ranked lists were built initially with those older buggy plugin versions.

To remedy this, simply reset the manual order for those terms missing ranked posts.

    That worked!

Thank you Aurovrata. That saved a lot of hassle.
