Reorder option is missing

Hi this is the second site I have installed the plugin on.
On the first site the tool has a Reorder feature.

https://screencast.com/t/ISNHqPd8pBoth sites are WordPress version 4.4.2 and both sites use plugin version 1.4.1
Any idea what is going on here or how I can activate the reorder feature?
