Reorder Header & Site Title

  • I am looking to edit my ‘Alexandria’ themed WordPress site.

    I have the header image of my liking, and I have the site title that I like. At the moment, the site title is at the top, and the header image is (currently) just under. I would like to change this so that the header image is at the top, and the Site Title & Tagline is just under…

    What I want is this order:

    Header image
    —
    Site Title & Tagline
    —
    Content (such as recent posts)
    —
    Footer
