• How do we reorder categories? If you delete a category or rename, you change the existing tickets that are already using that category. I want to be able to reorder categories in the same way as we reorder fields.

    This is a good suggestion. Now we reorder categories by their names. We have added this suggestion in our suggestion list. After discussing with our development team, we’ll take decision on this and let you know the outcome as soon as we can.
    We discuss suggestions once in a week.

    Yes, but that system ruins the ticketing system.

    1. Oranges
    2. Apples
    3. Bananas

    Rename:
    1. Apples
    2. Bananas
    3. Oranges

    I think you see all the tickets talking about Oranges would now be marked Apples and be nonsensical. And the time it takes to manually change the tickets is untenable. I hope you add this feature.
