    Hey Woo

I have an attribute with 25 variations. I need to custom order them, and that is set. Woo shows 20 per page, so I have 5 variations on page 2. Dragging them to top, does nothing, so I do not see how I can drag them to page 1.

In screen option there is a 20 setting. Changing this to a larger number does not save. It bounces back to 20 and I am back to start.

How can I get around this?

    TT4 – Latest Woo 8 something

    Thx

    Hello hebhansen

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

I have an attribute with 25 variations. I need to custom order them, and that is set.

Could you show me a screenshot of the 25 variations so I have a clear understanding?

In screen option there is a 20 setting. Changing this to a larger number does not save. It bounces back to 20 and I am back to start.

Could you also share a screenshot of the setting where you see 20?
I want to confirm which setting option you are referring to.

I look forward to your reply and assisting your further. ??

    Best regards.

    Sure

    Attributes Page 1

Attributes Page 2 incl default screen options

Apply 40 per page after save it’s stuck at 20 and back at nothing

Note this is a custom ordering attribute. I can drag on same page. I cannot drag any of them out of it’s page from 1 to 2 or reverse.

Sorting numeric or by name will not work, since title is spelled and not a number.

    Hello hebhansen,

    Thank you for your reply.

I checked your screenshot and it appears this is not the default Attributes feature offered by Woo.

May I ask how have you created this functionality?
Also share the URL of this page so I can inspect it.

Lastly, I’d like to review your site’s System Status Report.
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com
After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

I look forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

I will get back. Just let me know:

    • This is not default attribute feature. What is not default ?
    • Share url to what page? You do not have access to my admin backend.

The screen option function may come from “admin columns” plugin, but I am not sure.

    Hey, @hebhansen!

This is not default attribute feature. What is not default ? The screen option function may come from “admin columns” plugin, but I am not sure.

The options at the top, there are more options on your screenshot then the default. As you mentioned, probably added by this plugin.

I just tried on my website and changing the number of items per page works on my end.

Have you tried on a different browser to see if it is a cache problem?

If that does not work, a plugin you have might be blocking it from working. I recommend deactivating “admin columns” and trying again to see if it is this one.

Just to confirm, you want to sort it on the back end only, correct? Or are you trying to sort this on the front end too?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!
