[reopen] Language: translation of the frontend

I’m reopening this thread:

I need to know what I have to do to activate the portuguese language frontend in our website.
I am also worried that the translation I did will have no effect in the way portfolios are presented in the frontend, as in the .po file I translated there were no “Basic Info” or “Project By” or “View project” msgstrs, for instance, which were what I needed for our website in the first place…
