    So we are currently using ARMember (currently Lite) in WordPress.

    We need to have a member sign up initially, enter all details as usual, but then (in the same transaction/check-out), pay a?one-time initial payment, and set up the normal?reoccurring monthly payment. Again in the one transaction.

    I was trying to use the Trial Period option, as I was advised, but cannot get it to show that at checkout.

    I THINK I managed to set the Trial option. See here:

    It seemed to work: the Membership Plan shows the correct Payments type.

    But then at the Registration Page that does not show correctly on the Payment details. It is missing the initial payment, which does not seemed to be computed/included in payment here.

    Hello,

    Yes, it will happen the same. in membership plan box it will display plan amount and if the trial available then, there will be displayed trial amount in the summery final payable amount. So don’t worry that is not an issue.

    OK thanks I think I see how I can get that done.

    I have a new issue: I created the registration page here: https://www.girlsrugby.co.za/blog/demosetupsignup/

    When I test and signup and go through the process, the Plan selected does not show in the back-end. When I log in as admin I see the sign-up, but no Plan is assigned to it?

    Hello,

    I understood your concern and accordingly I checked the URL of the provided registration form, I noticed that you have set the plan payment purchase with Bank Transfer as the payment method. So, please note that when the user registers by purchasing the membership plan with the Bank Transfer Payment Method, then the membership plan will only be assigned to the members when the admin confirms and accepts the payment from “ARMember Lite -> Payment History” page. 

    So kindly approve the payment for the purchase and after that membership plan will be assigned to the member.
