I tried the renumerate tool and it generates order numbers sequentually backwards.

Example: Next order number set to 10000

The last order placed gets 10000

And the first order placed gets 10100

It should be the other way around naturally.

    Hi @jowo,

Regarding the query, could you please explain to us in a bit more detail what exactly are you looking for or what issue are you facing exactly with the plugin? It would be great if you can share the screenshots of the same or the steps to replicate the issue so that it would be easy for us to assist you further.

    Hi @jowo,

    Apologies for the extreme delay.

Could you please try once by deactivating all other plugins except the WooCommerce and the Custom Order Numbers plugin and then check whether the issue still exists or not?

Do let us know how it goes.

    Regards,

Same issue – renumerate function sets latest order to first number in sequence and then applies incremental sequential order numbers to each older order…It should start with the oldest order as the lowest/first number, right?
