    Hi,

    I wrote about this 8 months ago but it wasn’t fixed yet. So I am coming back –

    I’m using Tutor (PRO) together with Woocommerce and Woocommerce Subscription plugin.

    Users are paying a monthly fee to stay on the course.
    Unfortunately, every time they renew – their progress in the course IS CLEARED which doesn’t make sense – the course is still in progress, they are paying, and their progress should stay unchanged.

    Can you fix it, please?

    Actually we have reported this problem many times before but for other feature functionality fix and improvement we are not managed to fix it yet. But I will sit with dev team to solve this problem.

    Actually we recieved lot of feature request fucntional improvement request everyday and to develop or fix any specific functionality we always check the prioritize list. And as the amount of WooCommerce subcriptions user is very few for Tutor LMS and we did not get much report for this and that why the improvement scheduled delayed. But I have already discussed this with them hopefully we will fix it soon.

    I noticed a new Tutor version has been released, was my issue addressed by any chance?
