Renewing password always comes back with invalid key error message

Hi All
When I try to renew the password I get an ‘Invalid key’ error message.
I have tried disabling all plugins and changing the theme but I still get the same problem.
The URL from the email that you are meant to click on to renew the password does not appear to be right either: https://cnsrp.offline.app:8888/customer-area-2/reset-password/?key=1464083649:$P$Bv54LDkgVFyq1VnD4LDxQxt/Vzkbvy0&login=Client
