Renewing orders marked as guest no details

  • Hello!

    I’m using the free version of the plugin setup with monthly renewal fees through Standard Paypal (Credit Card).

    I did a test with a daily renewal for 5 days and it works great!

    Except on the next order (for reccuring):
    it always shows ‘guest’ and no billing details.

    Is it right? Or am I doing something wrong here?

    2nd Question: to use with stripe later, i need to buy the pro version right? its 149euro – my biggest expense after elementor pro… but then i see that i also need to buy the yith stripe addon? another 69,99euro? thats getting a bit out of my budget … what do you suggest please?

    Just wondering if you got anywhere with this issue?

    My renewals are also creating ‘guest’ or no detail orders. A bit hard to keep track of when there is more than one order all the same.

    Well it seems that Yith are not really helpful for the free version…
    Still no news from them since almost 2 weeks now.

    I still get this issue of new orders being marked as guests.

    If you find something lets get in touch ??
