Renewing members getting void

  • Hello,
    We got a report that when our members getting a renew and it was successful, the reciept sent to them and it goes also to our payment authorize.net but it also getting void. When we call the authorize.net they said that the plugin pmpro is the one causing it to void the payment. To explain more better,
    user renew
    after renew, user recieved the reciept
    Admin recieved the notification and the payment but it suddenly gets void.

    This happen just last week, so we are not sure why… Please advice.

    I have also updated the plugin to its new version..
