Renewing Access Token

    Hi, We have had to renew the Access token about 3 times in the last 3 months, so its not an everyday occurrence, but still, it takes down the feed, which is bad for my client, and I cant literally check it everyday. What do you suggest?

    Hey Carin,

    Unfortunately this is something Instagram does on their end and is out of our control.

    The latest versions of the plugin to have a “backup cache” feature that you can use to show the last available posts before the access token expires. It should be enabled by default but you can check near the bottom of the “Customize” tab to see if it’s enabled.
