    I have problem, i already activated the setting for accept manual renewal subscription, but then when user wanna pay for the order, it going to cart and if user proceed the order will be new subscription, not renewal the subscription, can you help me please, thank

    Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support. I understand you are having trouble with the manual renewal subscription process.

    It sounds like you have enabled the manual renewal option in WooCommerce > Settings > Subscriptions, but when a customer tries to pay for a renewal order, they are redirected to the cart page and a new subscription is created instead of renewing the existing one.

    This could be caused by a conflict with another plugin that is interfering with the renewal process. To troubleshoot this, please follow these steps:

    • Deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Subscriptions.
    • Test the renewal process again and see if the issue persists.
    • If the issue is resolved, then reactivate your plugins one by one, testing the renewal process after each activation, until you find the one that is causing the conflict.
    • If the issue is still present, then please share with us the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support. You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.
